At Storm Sports, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless from order to delivery. Here’s all you need to know about our shipping process, options, and estimated delivery times.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will pre-authorize your card, but no charge will be made at this stage. If your bike is being shipped directly from our supplier, we will reach out to them to confirm availability for immediate dispatch. Upon confirmation, your payment will be processed, and your order will be shipped. In the event of any delays, such as a backordered item, we will cancel the pre-authorization and promptly inform you.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress. Most orders are delivered during working hours, Monday through Friday. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the specified delivery address.
If no one is present when the delivery attempt is made, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or where to collect your order.
Damaged Goods
We make every effort to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Send an email with photos of the damage and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly in arranging a replacement or resolving the matter.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to halt the shipment. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
