1. Returns and Refunds (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, not damaged, and with all original packaging and instructions intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund according to our standard return policy.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel after this period, admin fees may apply, as the processing and packaging of orders begin shortly after they are placed. If the order is shipped and the buyer changes their mind, they will be responsible to ensure the items are shipped back at their expense in a perfect un-used condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items

5. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Cancellation

  2. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. A brief reason for the return or exchange
  4. Any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and a description of the issue and how you believe it may have happened. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including issuing a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
