I like how upright the seating is it feels comfortable and not like other bikes that make your back hurt. I’ve done some long rides and still had battery left. Perfect for errands and daily use.

This ebike has made my commute and journeys way better! Looks good, feels good and i now actually get to work faster and i’m not sweaty or exhausted lol when I get there. The battery charges quicker than I thought and the assist levels are easy to switch between. I actually look forward to heading out in the mornings now!

I just want to start by saying thanks for the great service. This was honestly one of the smoothest purchases I’ve ever made. The bike arrived to me really quickly — I think it took less than a week. I managed to get it at a discounted price, just under £900, which was a great deal as I got a smart watch too!

The bike itself feels really well built. It’s solid but still lightweight at only 19 kg. It has a 7-speed Shimano setup and the battery easily covers more than 50 km on a single charge, perfect for me. The max speed is 25 km/h which is idea for city use (not crazy fast).

What really stood out was the communication. Every question I asked was answered quickly and clearly by an actual person, not some automated system. That kind of support made the whole process way more reassuring. Even after the purchase, the support stayed professional and helpful, so if anything goes wrong you know you’re not on your own.

If I had to point out one downside, it’s that the paint scratches kind of easily, so you’ll want to be a bit careful with that, or ceramic coat the bike (not difficult to do). Other than that, I’m super happy with it. Five stars all the way for the DYU Stroll 1. Definitely recommend it.
